Purpose

To agree the Commissioning of a
framework agreement for 5 years for the Port Of Workington annual
Maintenance Dredging campaign. To delegate the award of successful
tenders to establish the Framework to the Chief Innovation and
Commercial Officer.  To agree that any
call offs from the framework will follow the appropriate governance
routes.
