Purpose

To seek permission to procure a call off multi-supplier framework for the supply of Highway Maintenance Products required to support in-house operational staff in the delivery of highway maintenance works.

The report will also request for permission to award the contract following the procurement exercise be delegated to the director of Place & Economy.
