1. Cabinet approved the recommendation to award the
Parking Enforcement and Smart Technology Contract to Bidder E for
an initial period of 5-years commencing on the 1 October
2025.
2. Cabinet delegated
the authority to the Strategic Director Neighbourhood Operations to
finalise the award of the contract and make amendments (if
required) in consultation with the Assistant Director Legal and
Democratic Services
