RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      approves the disposal of
Caledfryn, Denbigh in accordance with the report recommendations to the named
party and for the amount shown, and

 

(b)      confirms that it has read,
understood and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment.
