RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      note the contents of the
report;

 

(b)      approves the principles
for capital schemes as set out in paragraph 4.3 of the report, and

 

(c)      supports the projects
shown in Appendix 1 to the report for inclusion in the 2024/25 Capital Plan and
recommends accordingly to full Council.
