RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      approves the principles
for funding capital schemes set out within the report, and

 

(b)      supports the projects
shown in Appendix 2 to the report for inclusion in the 2025/26 Capital Plan and
recommends accordingly to full Council.
