RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      note the budgets set for 2025/26 and
progress against the agreed strategy;

 

(b)      approve the revised Salt Barns business
cases as detailed in paragraph 6.9 of the report, and

 

(c)      note the decision made by
the Corporate Director: Environment and Economy and the reasons why the
decision was urgent and needed to be made prior to the next available meeting
of the Cabinet as detailed in paragraph 6.10 and in Appendix 4 to the report.
