RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      approves that the Catering
Service can progress to undertake a procurement exercise for the Procurement of
Groceries, Chilled and Frozen Foods, which covers supply to all 54 schools
including all Primary, Secondary and All through schools, and

 

(b)      delegate authority to the
Head of Service for Highways and Environment to agree to let the contract to
the successful Supplier following completion of the tender process.
