RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      confirms that it has read, understood, and
taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 2 to the report) and
the Equality Impact Assessment (Appendix 6 to the report) as part of its
consideration;

 

(b)      agrees with the Cefndy
Viability Report and the recommendation that Option 5 – Closure of Cefndy is the only viable option for Cefndy
as a service within Adult Social Care and Homelessness, having also considered
the recommendation from the Performance Scrutiny Committee (Appendix 5 to the
report) on 18 September 2025, and

 

(c)      that Cabinet is given assurance that personalised support is provided by HR and Working
Denbighshire throughout this process in order to secure the right outcomes for
each member of staff.
