RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      agrees the proposed new
Pay Table as set out in Appendix 3 to the report and recommends it to full
Council for approval, and

 

(b)      confirms that it has read,
understood and taken account of the Well-being Impact Assessment attached in
Appendix 4 to the report as part of its consideration.
