RESOLVED that Cabinet approves –

 

(a)      the capital match funding
commitment of Denbighshire County Council to the Ysgol Pendref Project as set
out within paragraph 6.2 of the report funded by prudential borrowing, and the
revenue costs associated with the borrowing and the project which will need to
be refined over time and built into future iterations of the Council’s Medium
Term Financial Plan once the capital works are completed;

 

(b)      the submission of the
Strategic Outline Case for consideration by the Welsh Government’s Sustainable
Communities for Learning investment panel in January 2026, and

 

(c)      confirms that it has read,
understood and taken account of the Well-being Impact Assessment (Appendix 1 to
the report) as part of its consideration.
