Purpose

To approve the
procurement of a school’s MIS system for use by Denbighshire Schools as of 1st
April 2027.

That the Council
commences procurement via the KCS framework for a school’s MIS System.

Reasons for the decision

A delegated
decision is required as per Contract Procedure Rules to authorise the
commencement of the procurement process as the cumulative value of the contract
may exceed £1.2m inc VAT if the new contract is successfully extended in 2038.
