RESOLVED
that
Cabinet –

 

(a)      approves the
recommendation to commence the procurement of a provider(s) as a delivery
partner for the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and Individual
Placement and Support (IPS) elements of the Connect to Work Supported
Employment Programme (on behalf of the North Wales
Local Authorities excluding Ynys Mon);

 

(b)      delegates authority to the
Head of Housing and Communities Services for awarding the contracts above (SEQF
and IPS) subject to consultation with the Section 151 Officer, Monitoring
Officer and the relevant Lead Member(s) due to national time pressures to begin
the delivery of the programme, and

 

(c)      confirms that it has read,
understood and taken account of the Well-being Impact Assessment (Appendix 1 to
the report) as part of its consideration.
