RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      approve the initiation of the re-tender
exercise for the Reactive Maintenance Framework, and

 

(b)      confirms that it has read, understood and
taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix A to the report) as
part of its consideration.
