RESOLVED that
Cabinet –

 

(a)      approve the appointment of Balfour Beatty,
via the SCAPE Framework, and authorise the entry into the contract for the
delivery of the two projects, with a total maximum contract value of
£11,302,433.00, and

 

(b)      confirms that it has read, understood and
taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 1 and 2 to the
report) as part of its consideration.
