RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      supports the
proposals outlined in the Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP) 2026/27 – 2028/29
(Appendix 1 to the report), detailed in Section 4 of the report, in order to
set the budget for 2026/27;

 

(b)      approves the
Council Tax rise of 4.76% for council services plus an additional 0.46% for the
increase in the Fire levy as set by the North Wales Fire and Rescue Authority;
this equates to an overall uplift of 5.22% proposed (paragraph 4.5 of the
report);

 

(c)      supports the
strategy for use of reserves as set out in paragraph 4.6 of the report, and

 

(d)      confirms that
it has read, understood and taken account of the Cumulative Well-being Impact
Assessment as set out in Section 7 of the report.
