Purpose

The approval to extend the Adferiad
Lake Avenue project further to allow us to consider opportunities of remodelling
the mental health services funded by HSG. This includes exploring the option of
merging a number of mental health contracts into one, to allow for a more
flexible and needs-led service offer.

To approve the extension of the Adferiad
Lake Avenue supported housing project funded by the Housing Support Grant
(HSG).

Reasons for the decision

Due to the change in landscape we are taking the opportunity
to review this, and the other mental health contracts holistically to improve
the citizen journey in line with our Strategic Vision and Rapid Rehousing.
