RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)       approve the award of
contracts from the initial tender process as outlined in Section 4.1 and 4.2 of
the report for Lots 3 to 9, and

 

(b)       notes the position with
regard to Lots 1 and 2 and delegates authority to the Head of Finance and Audit
(Section 151 Officer) to award contracts in respect of Lots 1 and 2 in
consultation with the Leader of the Council.
