how Denbighshire County Council works in partnership with its schools.

That the revised
Partnership Agreement be approved for circulation to individual schools.

Reasons for the decision

There is a requirement for local authorities to maintain and
review the partnership agreement. A review has been undertaken of the agreement
as a result of legislative changes and the national
direction of educational reform in Wales. 
This has been delayed as a consequence of other
pressures. This agreement will run for a shorter period as the agreements are
reviewed on a regional basis in conjunction with GwE.
