Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet –

(a)      support the proposal to undertake the construction work in conjunction with the adjacent Local Regeneration Fund (LRF) projects namely Rhyl Central Promenade and Public Realm.  This would ensure better value for money and reduce disruption during the construction;

(b)      that as part of the design process there be an appraisal of the feasibility of including a water feature;

(c)      that there be a further report to Cabinet once the design process has been completed, and

(d)      that the further report should include consideration of future relocation of existing licence holders.
