Purpose

To provide the Cabinet Member with an update of the
Council Plan performance position and the revenue outturn position of the
Infrastructure and Environment portfolio for 2023 24.

Decision

That the Cabinet Member notes the update of the Council Plan
performance position and the Quarter 2 forecast revenue outturn position of the
Infrastructure and Environment portfolio for 2023-24.

Reasons for the decision

The forecast outturn report
provides a summary of the expected financial performance and use of resources
against the Council’s approved budget for the financial year 2023-24. The
outturn position supports the development of budgets in both the short and
medium term.
