RESOLVED to:

1) Note that the capital expenditure for the financial year 2025-26 was £114.130m and that it was financed using grants, capital receipts, and the use of reserves leaving £11.168m to be financed by borrowing and that capital budgets totalling £228.629m will be reprofiled into future years.
