For Street Scene to use S106 money to maintain
the open space area until the land is transferred to Tickhill Town
Council. This will be an initial cut down and removal of the long
grass areas and a chemical spray of weeds. Further maintenance work
may be required
depending upon timescales for transference of the land. Should the
land not transfer before the end of this winter regular weed
spraying and grass cutting will be required.
