are sufficiently represented through its appointments to these

Such appointments help to ensure that the Council’s views are
represented to local and national groups and, where the
representative has voting rights, that the Council is involved in
any decisions that may affect the people of the City of
Doncaster.
In this specific instance, this appointment is being made on a
temporary basis to replace one of the Council’s current
representatives on the ICP (Dolly Agoro) for a period of 12 months
with a new representative (Kelly Hicks, Director of the People
Focused Group and VCFSE Alliance representative for the Great 8
Priority “Building Opportunities for Healthier, Happy and
Longer Lives for All”) as Dolly is currently unable to attend
the ICP meetings.

schedule of Executive appointments to outside bodies for a period
of 12 months with immediate effect:
South Yorkshire Integrated Care Partnership – that Dolly
Agoro (Co-Chair of Inclusion and Fairness Forum) be temporarily
replaced by Kelly Hicks, Director of the People Focused Group and
Voluntary, Community, Faith & Social Enterprises (VCFSE)
Alliance representative for the Great 8 Priority “Building
Opportunities for Healthier, Happy and Longer Lives for
All”.
