Purpose
Investment of £92,500 in a place-based
role to co-ordinate and drive focussed work on health inequalities
and inclusion health for a period of 12 months.
This role will be hosted by the ICB and will focus on further
developing a system to identify and reduce inequalities in access
to services for health and wellbeing. The role will also develop
broader approaches to understanding and addressing health
inequalities through community, VCFS and civic interventions as
well as health
services.
An agreement will be used to describe the expected outcomes for the
investment from the public health ring fenced grant.
