Purpose

The grant of this lease will support the
performance of the waste recycling contract, and so deliver a
service to the residents of Doncaster.

Content

To approve the grant of a lease of the Waste
Transfer Station at Sandall Stones Road, Kirk Sandall, Doncaster to
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to support and enable delivery of the service
contract which was entered into 05 March 2018 and is to be extended
for an additional 2 years expiring 04 March 2028.

The appointment of xxxxxxxxxxxxx as the service provider for the
Recycling and Waste Management Contract, together with the supply
of vehicles and other matters was taken to Cabinet on 31/01/2017,
and the variation of contract for the extension proposal for
’Provision of a Recycling and Waste Management Service
together with the supply of vehicles & receptacles ref: Place
25 0006 approved 23/01/2025.
