1. Approve the award of and enter into a contract with Restek UK
Limited (Restek) as preferred contractor for the delivery of the
Remediation of the two Grade II Listed
2. Enter into a Letter of Intent with Restek to commence enabling
works.
3. Approve the works identified in the ODR to be funded from the
overall resources allocated
to this project.
