The creation of a peripatetic staff team to
deliver residential care provision on an emergency basis within an
OFSTED regulated setting housed at newly refurbished bungalow on
the Hatfield Water Park site, as part of the Future Placements
Strategy, at an estimated cost of up to £480k per annum,
which will be funded from savings on the care ladder from less
spend on external Residential placements (-£350k) and
unregulated provision (-£150k).
