To lease one ground floor meeting room and one
upstairs dance space at Adwick Leisure Centre from Doncaster
Culture and Leisure Trust (DCLT) from mid-March 2025 to 31 March
2030 at cost of £21000 per year with a break clause at the
end of years 1 and 2.

Breaking the contract at the 12 month point would result in an
additional cost of approx. £2750 (plus VAT) for capital works
undertaken to make the room(s) suitable for our use. A later break
would not result in a recharge for those works.
