Purpose

The current work by the Future Parks is being
delivered following community consultation and is continuing to
involve existing and new stakeholders in the process of
regeneration and redevelopment of the area. As part of this spend,
expert landscape designers are commissioned to design and deliver
the scheme in partnership with the program. Contributing these
funds to the existing programme
will allow a wider project delivery in line with an existing
community voice.

Content

To draw down £81.108 of S106 from scheme
18/02614/FULM, to be used in additionality to the Get Doncaster
Moving Future Parks funding and work currently taking place in the
park. These funds will be utilised to make improvements to areas
such as fencing and footpaths to improve access and reduce the
future maintenance
implications of tiring assets across the park.
The specifics of the works will be defined through a competitive
tendering process following a costed design from Landscape
Designers. Confirmation of the ODR will allow this to take
place.

re-commission design
delivery partners at expanded costs, time and resource.
