To accept the revenue funding allocation of
£226,000 for the period
1st April 2024 to 31st August 2025 to continue delivery of active
travel revenue activities. Enter a funding agreement with South
Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to draw down £226,000
for active travel
revenue services.

Alternative options considered

Do Nothing
Not accepting the funding would see a detrimental effect on levels
of active travel within the borough increasing road congestion, air
pollution and an increase in physical
inactivity.

Do Something:
Acceptance of the funding would enable City of Doncaster Council to
deliver active travel revenue services
