Content

To initiate a procurement exercise in
compliance with Public Procurement Regulations and delegate the
decision to award a Contract to provide for the disposal of
Municipal Waste to the Assistant Director Place.

The Contract will commence 5th April 2026.

The Contract Term will be for a period of four [4] years with an
estimated cost of xxxxxxx , or alternatively, for a period of four
[4] years with an optional two [2] year extension, with an
estimated cost of xxxxxx

The award will be subject to the criteria set out in the
tender.

Alternative options considered

There are no further extensions available
under the current Contract, the only option is to conduct a new
procurement in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations and
Contract Procedure Rules.
