To approve the allocation of £53,032.28
of Section 106 monies for the enhancement of Hayfield Lane
Park.

Alternative options considered

Option one - Contribute the full amount of
available Section 106 monies to delivering the scheme.
Option Two – Deliver on part of the scheme, this could result
in Auckley Parish Council having to explore additional funding
options.
Option Three - Do not contribute any Section 106 monies to the
project and risk not being able to deliver the improvements.
