To approve the revised costs to progress to
full Pre-Construction Service Agreement stage (RIBA 2-4 work) for
Silverwood House and offset a proportion of these eligible works
against the CSS grant (Approved Ref PLACE25 0086).

Alternative options considered

Do nothing is not considered an option as the
building is identified through the NROSH return and the cladding
safety application as needing remediation. Also CDC have accepted
the CSS grant as a commitment to assess and identify the
remediation needed for the building.
