professional development for Standards and Effectiveness Officers
and Capacity building for LS&E team as per service area
need.

Alternative options considered

An education consultant is required to have
strategic responsibility for the successful delivery of the
statutory duties and responsibilities of the local authority
regarding KS1 and KS2 Assessment and moderation. This will be
conducted in accordance
with relevant statutory guidance from the Standards and Testing
