Full council record
Purpose

See attached ODR for full details.

Content

To spend £10,000 of Section 106 monies
to make improvements in order to protect the recreation ground.
This will consist of kissing gates being installed at 2 entrances
to try and prevent further damage to the recreation ground. This
will stop access for horses and Quad bikes to protect the football
pitches and other facilities on the recreation ground.

Alternative options considered

We could Leave the Queens drive recreation
ground how it is and let the Anti-social behaviour continue, the
recreation ground would continue to be damaged by horses and people
which could lead the recreation ground to not be of use and closed
to the community.
