Complete a contract variation to XXXXXX with
XXXXXXX, to add the back-office payment system for the home charge
scheme.

input their charging data into an expenses claim for their charging
costs to CDC and wait for it to be approved and paid to them. This
could result in employee’s being out of pocket whilst they
wait for the expenses to be paid in their monthly pay and in some
cases could push people into periods debt to their energy company
if they did not have enough in their account to cover the charging
session. This would potentially create barriers in the take up of
the
home charge scheme and lead to inefficiencies in service delivery.
