Content

Use the current financial envelop for 3 years
(with 1 year extension) and procure a provider to deliver the WBATS
under a new contract from 1st April 2026. Contract value is
£107,961 per annum and profiled into the annual budget for
the full length of the contract and option of extension.

Alternative options considered

Do nothing, let the contract lapse:

The contract comes to an end on 31st March 2025. Notice will be
given to the provider and the WBATS would cease operation at the
end of March 2025. This was rejected as the service is considered
as vital to vulnerable residents of Doncaster.
