To accept £25k of funding from The
Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government
to be used to by City of Doncaster Council to fund activity in
places to quickly build resilience against community tensions and
strengthen cohesion.

A Memorandum of Understanding has been received, and will need to
be returned and signed by October 17th to accept the funding.

Alternative options considered

We could potentially reject the funding, but
we would run the risk of a. missing an opportunity to address these
issues and b. potentially jeopardise our relationship with the
funder and further funding opportunities.
