To grant payment of £30,000 from the
Revenue Contribution to
the Capital Programme Reserve to Thorne & Moorends Town Council
to be used towards the Thorne-Moorends Neighbourhood Plan
supporting evidence base as per the completed Funding Agreement
dated 17/10/2025.

Alternative options considered

There are no alternative options to consider
at this stage. This decision completes the grant funding in line
with the decision already taken through the Officer Decision Record
Ref EE21 0243 dated 8th October 2021 and as per the Background
Paper to this ODR2.
