Approval to award a new two-year contract
(01/04/2026 – 31/03/2028) to Open Systems Lab (OSL) via the
G-Cloud 14, Lot 2: Cloud Software procurement route.
The contract will provide continuity of the PlanX digital platform,
which supports the Council’s Open Digital Planning (ODP)
project by enabling digital guidance, planning submissions, and
pre-application services.
The total cost of £30,000 (£15,000 per annum) will be
funded from MHCLG ODP earmarked reserves (code EE008).
Quarterly service charges will be offset by applicant
payments.
