To make payment of the available Section 106
funds £110,685.71 through a grant agreement to Sprotbrough
& Cusworth Parish Council for them to commission the works and
manage the entire works that are to be commissioned.

Alternative options considered

We could leave the play area and the
recreation ground as it is. However, this would be at ongoing
escalated risk and lead to further deterioration and going from
being a well used community asset to one in disrepair and not safe
for use.
