Persimmon Homes have approached the Council to
acquire a permanent underground drainage easement from their
adjacent residential development site across the council owned
field currently being farmed, to discharge into a manhole on
Warning Tongue
Lane at its junction with Staunton Road (see attached plan which
outlines the indicative route to be taken).

Terms have been exchanged and a premium of £***** has been
provisionally agreed plus reasonable surveyor and legal
costs
