Purpose

Water ingress though the sports hall ceiling
is severely impacting service delivery and causing internal damage
to the building. The main space of the building has to close in
periods of rainfall.
This project is required to carry out the essential remedial work
to replace the first-floor terrace flooring at Tom Hill Youth Club
and prevent further water ingress into the main building. This
flooring also forms the roof of the main hall below and allow the
service to operate in a safe environment.
There is insufficient revenue budget to meet the cost of these
repairs so a request has been submitted and supported for use of
capital funding.

To add the project to the Place 2023/24 Capital Programme, where
this scheme will be delivered and monitored.
