Content

1. Section 151 officer to sign off business
case submission for proposed Edlington Active Travel Improvement
Scheme from the Transforming Cities Fund (TCF)
2. Enter into funding agreement with South Yorkshire Mayoral
Combined Authority to allow draw down the remaining 98% of funding
to deliver the Edlington Active Travel
improvements from the TCF.
3. Approval of grant and to deliver the schemes associated with the
TCF.

This decision is in accordance with Cabinet recommendations dated
15th October 2019 approving
i) submission of the Transforming Cities Phase 2 Bid and ii)
delegation to the Director of Economy and Environment in
consultation with the Mayor and the portfolio holder in respect of
the final design of the specific schemes and iii) negotiating and
agreeing the terms and conditions, and the decision to enter into
the funding agreement and drawing down the funding to the Director
of Economy and Environment and section 151 officer, in consultation
with the Mayor.
