Purpose

For the Council to re-tender a dementia
service – however this will leave the service sitting outside
the Dementia Partnership and the current work to recommission the
Dementia offer in Doncaster.
The new offer is due to commence the 01st October 2023, an ODR will
be put in place with a new S76 agreement to align to the new
services.

To continue the financial arrangements for the
provision of the Young Onset Dementia Service via a Section 76
agreement for a period of 12 months, from 1st April 2022 to 31st
March 2023, to facilitate the continued delivery of the service by
Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust
(RDaSH);

The annual value of this agreement is £41,197
