Purpose

REASON FOR THE DECISION
City of Doncaster Council entered into an agreement for an
‘Integrated People Solution’ providing an adult and
children social care and education case management and financial
information solution with key integrations for Adults, Health and
Wellbeing, Children, Families and Young People, Finance &
Performance in August 2018. Following the acquisition of the
Servelec group of companies by Access UK Limited on 1st September
2021, Servelec transferred its business to the Access UK Ltd on 1st
March 2022. As a result, a written Deed of Novation has been agreed
between the City of Doncaster Council, Access UK ltd and Servelec
Social Care Ltd. As part of that, Access UK Ltd has completed a
selection questionnaire to the satisfaction of CDC.
