Content

1) To apply a ‘Golden Hello’ to
Residential / Night Care Officers. A £2000 payment spread
over 2 years, £1000 to be paid after successful completion of
probation period and a further £1000
following 12 months service.

2) To apply the same payments to existing staff currently employed
in a Residential / Night Care Officer role. First payment to be
February 2023 followed by final payment in February 24
