Receive £50,000 funding from Rotherham
Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH), working in
collaboration with Primary Care Doncaster, fund Mental Health
Community Connectors project for 2023-2024 as part of the
Mental
Health Community Transformation Programme to issue a new grant
agreement with Doncaster Mind to continue the project.

To award grants to the successful hosts for the Community
Connectors to the total value of £45,000 inc. oncosts

Internal Management fee £5,000 is income to the
Council
