Purpose

St Leger Homes of Doncaster Ltd (SLHD) manage
housing stock on behalf of the Council. Following the end of the
contract with J. Tomlinson Ltd, SLHD need to ensure planned capital
investment works schemes are delivered as needed including External
Wall Insulation (EWI) works. SLHD have therefore awarded a contract
to Wates Property Services via the Efficiency North Installation
and Repairs Framework Agreement (2019S 100-241324)
These works are funded through capital monies and are estimated at
approximately £8M per annum for the 4 years period.
The procurement of this contract complies with the Council’s
Contract Procedure Rules (CPR’s).
The delivery of these works will be managed by SLHD on behalf of
the Council. Suitably qualified staff have formulated the contract,
including the technical specification, with the leads being the
Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.

Stock managed by St Leger Homes of Doncaster Ltd (SLHD), for a
period of 2 years with an option to extend up to 2 years via a
third party framework provider.
